Nothing much to say here, but since no news is good news, I guess that's a good thing.  We have had a sudden wave of unusually good weather.  I'd like to say that it's finally warming up for good, but that would be foolishly optimistic.  Anyone who lives here knows that the temperature could easily plummet 20 or 30 degrees on any given day.  It's no surprise that everyone around here wanted to take advantage of the weather before it went away.  My government professor decided it would be a good idea to have a class debate outside today.  Unfortunately we had to practically scream our thoughts on prison sentencing guidelines at the top of our lungs thanks to the lawnmower operating nearby.  I've got a better idea for next class:  why don't we go to the airport and have class on the runway?  The planes taking off would be hard-pressed to be much more disruptive.  Anyway, after class I went out and ran a couple errands, then just sat around for a little while.  Then came dinner time, and of course we had to take advantage of the weather once again.  I went with Jon, Ashley, and Jen to Quizno's, which we ate outside, picnic-style (sort of).  We then went to the river to watch the sun set, but we missed it.  Oh well, it was fun anyway.  After getting back, I've just been hanging out and watching some TV (Idol and baseball).  That's more or less my day in a nutshell.  Nothing more to say.  I just hope this weather lasts a while.
